I can't be sure, obviously, but actually my money was on them being Opel Rekord P1 Caravans, judging by the hooded tail lights and the shape of the windows. But it's not a good photo, so it's difficult to tell.

"SAS" on the tower block in the first picture gives a bit of a clue.
It's the SAS Royal Hotel, now called the Radisson Blu Royal Hotel, in Copenhagen, Denmark, designed in the 1950s by Arne Jacobsen.

#9 is Park Avenue NYC, nearest intersection is 39th Street. The tunnel entrance/exit is circled in the following Most prominent building is 100 Park Avenue, 36 floors and completed in 1949. The tall building with 6 peaks is the 47-floor 295 Madison Ave, completed 1929. Up the avenue the Grand Central terminus can just be seen. Car-wise, not much of a clue. The rearmost car in white with grey roof passing the tunnel could be a Hudson Hornet
