Still got her. 50th birthday this year. As such, major fettling required. Firstky the lovely Gold Seal engine fitted a few years back developed a drinking habit and was using almost as much oil as petrol. I bagged an 1800 Princess engine last summer for a very nominal sum and half a tank of fuel, but have had no time at all to fit it. This is because I have been doing a lot of project work for people (customers!) and simply couldn't make the time.
The engine is being fitted by members of WOLF - the Wolseley Owners Lunatic Fringe (See "Kidnapped and held for ransom" on this board).
Then I've got to paint her, as the nearly 8 year old cellulose has deteriorated very badly.
P45.

After the fiasco of trying to get her back yesterday, this afternoon I vented my approbrium upon my garage. The last project went back to Cheshire on Friday and I was finally able to sort out the tip it had become. 9 bags of rubbish and a large pile of scrap metal are out in front now. Floor clear, work surfaces clear and consideration given to storage. Then MrsP dumped a load of gardening stuff. P45.

You should know that nature abhors a vacuum and will fill empty space by any means possible- even the missus!
