The Dukes Car & Bike Meet, nr Leighton Buzzard

The sun was out so I popped along in the VX 4/90

Attendees that brought a car along received a free drink at the bar.
The new landlady organising the event was also offering a prize meal for two for best voted car.








I voted for the Ford Model A.  The prize went to a Mk2 Escort  

Still, was worth going along and met up with Gene Genie and Ben the owner of the Plymouth Valiant in purple

Went back home later down the new bypass and toying with a girl in a sporty Peugeot, I reached 80mph!  What a din though.

A good little meet this, but I'd still like to see a bit more variety next time rather than Fords. I voted for the lovely Dodge Coronet coupe there.
