If you buy that it'll be a long time before you see another one coming towards you.
Sensible estimate for something that must be pretty rare, and it looks reasonable condition as well.

They were rare enough when I was membership secretary of the PA,PB,PC & E series club over 25 years ago. I can only remember 3. A two tone grey one, a scrap one that turned up on a trailer at Billing and the blue one that I saw again at Tedfest. The Queen also had one but the rumours are that it was sent to the crusher.

Tracing it would lay with DVLA if even the club don't know. Especially as the plate transferred about and was last on her Jaguar X-Type
