Yes it's a 1937 315 Tourer, with the larger 1670cc six-cylinder engine, but appears to have been registered well into 1938 some time after production finished at the Hounslow factory

This is nice, it's registered as a 1932 Vauxhall Coupe with a 2173cc engine. Clearly, it's now a convertible.
If I'm right, they were built around a shortened Cadet frame and will therefore be one of the first British cars to feature a synchromesh gearbox
With a squint, I think I can see the 'Speedbird' radiator cap mascot fitted. This was subsequently adopted by Imperial Airways > BOAC and why we still see BA use it today
