Recently seen... An early Peugeot 205. Not sure where the wheels are from though   A Kenworth, new in 2000 (as late as that?) and was first registered in the UK in 2012  A Ford Raptor from Dubai, not classical (yet) but it's so large it needs three spaces and is almost Kenworth  A Ford Capri 3100, or Capri Mk1 wanting to be one  A Vauxhall Victor FD Estate that was a 1600 in 'Goodwood Green Starmist', but now runs a 2300 CF engine and a slight change of colour.  Vauxhall Carlton Mk2, I see all the time and a young fella drives it  Jaguar XJ Series 1, off somewhere  Stood out as it's been a while since I saw any XJS out and about in the rain, in a rough end of the world, especially a late model which tend to be prized. Spots at the Newport Pagnell Services, the day my dreadful car accident happened; the 1952 Ford seemed to be in the middle of a rat look transformation while the MK3 Cortina convertible has been around years in different incarnations, used to be white and yonks ago had rectangular headlamps. Not a Crayford and no one knows who converted it. |
