Looks like this Crab is laid up but I've checked and it's still taxed and Moted.

A friend of mine had one back in the day...must say that it was a smooth ride and very, very wide, bit wider than his zepher Mk4 (sorry if I have mispelled the car). I had at the time (early 1970s) a Bullnose Saab two stroke (still got one ex John Saab's - name from the past) the Saab has an extremely narrow cabin or as they called it 'cockpit'.The 'Crab' was nearly twice as wide or so it seemed as we slid around in the rear seats (no seatbelts).

Never knew they existed so had a read up on the net. Three were built amd according to one source the other two were wrecked, not sure how but as Lexus 400s were popular bangers they may have been raced. The one you saw was on Ebay last year for £10k. What's the story on the Princess? I presume the mileage showing on Auto Smart is minus 100k or is it?

Interesting spots in Prague! The final stretched one looks more like its based on a British kit car but I'm not sure which. Viva reminds me of Whatever happened to the Likely lads!

Probably thinking of the Triumph/Ford-based Marlin, which were based around the looks of the Alfa 6C-1750 from the Thirties

Three were built amd according to one source the other two were wrecked, not sure how but as Lexus 400s were popular bangers they may have been raced. The one you saw was on Ebay last year for £10k. It was supposed to be two 'prototypes' built to show off to Toyota management. Myth tells of three examples but the only cars known to the Allard club are: K795 VBW, in green, registered 09/1992 at Glasgow. Last known by DVLA 2014 at ~130k miles. Reading that autocar report, it implies this is the prototype. K817 EUV, blue/grey, registered 09/1992 at Inverness. Reached £2.1k on eBay 06/2014 (sold) when living in Surrey. Reached £1.3k on eBay 12/2014 at Gloucester (unsold), Advertised from a dealer showroom in 2015 for £3k. Had been in a bodywork 'wrap'. Now a very deep dark red almost black and was up at £10k for the past year though various classifieds. Allan Allard stated the 'prototype' was sold to a French buyer and that was damaged in France. I assume that as the UK DVLA papers state 'Lexus', it's quite likely the insurer treated it as such and disposed of through usual channels and value. Gits.
