Can I say two things about that cover?
1) the car in the centre is an Austin Westminster A95. 2) Elton John sang backing vocals on that recording of Sugar Sugar. During 1969-70 he supplemented his income as one of the session musicians for Marble Arch (as 'Reg Dwight').

IIRC he also sang Young, Gifted and Black too.

Why did the A55 van become the A60 van when it wasn't a derivative of the A60 car? What's the car bottom left?

I was stuck on the grille and the higher set bonnet badge of Westminster A95/A105 I might have to give Specsavers a ring

Why did the A55 van become the A60 van when it wasn't a derivative of the A60 car? No ... it can't have been all down to a cost issue as the van and pickup were given unique front styling from 1963 when it got the 1622cc engine and other revisions. Looking at photos, it looks like it never got the revised wider track/running gear of the Farina A60 saloon/estate Styling revision: 'A55' 1957-63 'A60' 1963-73 Outside of the UK market, there were differences again, as there was after all a 'Farina' body pickup made by the Argentinians under the Di Tella brand: Some info with a time line: www.co-oc.org/vehicles/half-ton-van-pickup
