Rare find
So many base cars have been used to reshell the Integrale parts
Not that a 1600 GTie is 'base', as they drive very well having the SuperStrada twin cam engine

Returning to the Ford Courier, the boys are back from Le Mans having spent most of the time in the Ford hospitality facility. The truck performed well and got lots of interest. It is in fact a Californian car and my son's mate is the fourth owner, 2 in the States the importer and himself. It was a noisy ride and my son said that his Astra van seems like a luxury product in comparison. The fella that owns the truck is a prototype engineer at Ford's and is often testing new models in extreme weather conditions all over the world. His previous car was a Noble which is a bit different to the truck to say the least.

That body isn't one I recognise as any BR-Class DMU
Looking at the drawing/photo in the window it is on a raised track, with a central track as well, so likely electric?

Yes it's electric and not BR.

Sussed it... It's driving car 21 of the Southend Pier Tram (1949), taken inside the Lynn Taite Gallery, High Street, Leigh on Sea. Oh look there is a Leigh sign up above it I remember you talking about these now. Built by AC Cars of Thames Ditton

Oh look there is a Leigh sign up above it I thought that the A and C wooden letters at the bottom of the photo was quite a good clue too. That particular unit was sold to an entrepreneur in Llandudno but ended up languishing in a farmers field. Fortunately it was rescued and bought back, restored and installed in the gallery.

Another one. This R8 Rover 200 was owned by an elderly classic bike enthusiast, so he parked near them Attachments:

As the crow flies, it's the same distance to get to Newcastle Departement 50 is La Manche, Normandie, where next month the Multipla I will be landing off a ferry, on hols

Just had a couple of very hot, to hot to spot, days in Palma to celebrate my 60th birthday. Did manage to get these two whilst drinking a cool beer. Tatra Citroen Mehari I did get a few more but as with most pics I try to upload to the forum nowadays it comes up as file too big. I've tried reducing the quality and clipping out all the background but still no joy whether I use my phone or in this case my camera. Anyone else having the same problem?

If you upload to Imgur or Postimage do you also get 'file too big' ? TBH I haven't tried. I did use Imgur for a while on the old forum but found the embedded Postimage so much less hassle. Now that facility seems to have gone I better find myself an idiot proof flowchart and sign up to one of them again I suppose.
